Voiceprint is sensitive personal information under GB/T 45574-2025. It is requested as a separate consent, is off by default, and can be withdrawn at any time. We never use it to identify or verify you. See Privacy & Consent for the full description.
Raw audio and video are not stored. Your session record and Human Model are kept until you delete them. Training feature samples are kept for up to 24 months and are removed immediately on deletion; analytics events are kept for up to 13 months. Deleting your model permanently removes the model, session, turns, behavioural signals, feedback, analytics events, decision logs, challenge links, and training samples for that session. Statutory billing records are retained as tax and accounting law requires, and are not part of the deletion cascade.
Some processing is carried out by providers outside mainland China (real-time voice, language model, speech synthesis, edge delivery, and sign-in). Only text and derived numerical features are transferred to them — never raw audio or video.
Q: Is this therapy?

Q: Can I use it for hiring or screening?
A: Not as a substitute for validated assessment. Use outputs only as self-reflection.

Q: What happens when I delete my data?
A: Your model, session, turns, signals, feedback, analytics events, decision logs, challenges and training samples are permanently removed in one cascade. Billing records are retained only because tax law requires it.
